Born in Santo Domingo, trained in business administration and fluent in English and Spanish, I have been involved in the real estate business for over ten years working the top high-end luxury resorts in the Dominican Republic and throughout the Caribbean as a sales executive and real estate broker. In the Dominican Republic I have worked in Casa de Campo and the Punta Cana Resort. I have also worked both here and in the United States promoting the Cap Cana lifestyle.
Much of my childhood was spent in Casa de Campo in my parent’s villa and for the last seventeen years I have made La Romana my home. This has allowed me to develop an extensive knowledge of Casa de Campo and to acquire a unique insight into my clients’ needs.
I enjoy my work immensely and try to provide an exceptional experience to each of my clients by listening carefully to their needs, developing a strategy and planning the most efficient means of attaining their goals. Although I was born and raised in Santo Domingo, I spent most of my weekends in Casa de Campo from early on. This positive early experience led me to move to the resort in after graduating from an accounting major. As a permanent resident of Casa de Campo I started working in real estate from the inside out, managing construction projects, decorating and equipping villas, designing and creating landscapes, hiring and training staff, and renting and reselling.
From 2000-2004 I led the sales department of Casa de Campo’s real estate developer, Costasur Dominicana giving me the opportunity not only to meet and get to know most of the property owners, but also to gain an insider’s insight into the workings of this amazing gated community and the legal aspects of the industry, experiences that have given me a solid basis and a well-rounded knowledge of high-end residential real estate and helped me guide my clientele to make the best possible investments within the resort.
